The keyboard shortcut to toggle breakpoint in pydev using Eclipse

In short, shortcuts are not set for all perspectives of eclipse.

Whilst in the pydev perspective, go to Window -> Perspective -> Customize Perspective

Select Action Set Availability and Check Breakpoints
